Books have always been an integral part of my life–I started reading from a very young age, and never stopped. Developing out of this passion was a personal aspiration to write my own books someday. Now, after years of writing scholastically throughout my time as a student at Kansas State University where I majored in English, I am finally making that aspiration a reality. Based in rural Kansas, I just finished my first novel, Capacitance, which is the first of a trilogy in the commercial fiction genre. When I am not writing, I am outside clearing my mind during a long run, or spending time with my french bulldog, Indiana Jones.
